I am so sorry to hear that Phil has passed away and not been able to enjoy his retirement. I had the PSI office next to Phil for several years, and I often stood at his door and had banter with him and got the current news and valuable advice. I don't know whose office was the untidiest! We both collected old peices of kit and junk! I also met him one day at Bakewell Farmers' market, and remember him stomping around in his motor cycle outfit!
